Somatic yoga for women who hold everything together, and whose bodies still won't switch off.

Online, gentle and slow. For the eldest daughter, the space holder, and the woman who has done the work and is still tense, tired and overwhelmed

Does this sound like you?

  • You rest, but it never feels restful.

  • You feel guilty when you stop.

  • Your shoulders, jaw and breath are always braced, and you have stopped noticing.

  • You understand your patterns. Your body still reacts the old way.

  • You hold space for everyone. Nobody holds it for you.

That is not a personality flaw. It is a body that never learned it was safe to stand down.

“Your body is not the problem. Your body is the guide.”

What somatic yoga is

Your body keeps the stories after your mind has moved on. Regular yoga stretches the body. Talk therapy helps you understand yourself. Somatic yoga teaches your body that it is safe to let go, through slow movement, breath and noticing what you feel. No flexibility or experience needed.

THE CURATOR

Hey, I'm Prishaniee

I was the dependable one. Eldest daughter, high-functioning, the one everyone called. I did the mindset work, and my body still reacted every single day. Somatic yoga was the first thing that changed how I felt, not just how I thought.

Today I hold space for the women who hold it for everyone else.

I work mostly with women who are very good at being fine. My teaching weaves together three lineages, each doing a different job:

  • Yoga gives the body a shape to move through.

  • Somatic practice turns the attention inward, from how a pose looks to how it feels.

  • Ayurveda brings rhythm: what to eat, when to rest and how to live with the seasons, so the calm doesn't vanish on Monday morning.

Classes are slow, intentional and deeply felt. Less about performing a posture, more about noticing what your body is asking for, and learning to answer it.
